The staff is amicable, an absolute asset to this place. The location is marvelous, close enough to Mike's restaurant, Trois-Rivieres and easy to find, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Would stay here again when in Trois-Rivieres, it was a nice stay.

We stayed there to split a long journey in half to avoid travelling by night. At first when looking for a place to stay I thought the whole concept of the Coconut was a bit cheesy but at least it stood out from the crowd! The motel itself is quite average and a bit old looking but decorated with the same "pacific islands" kind of vibe. The main building is the real deal in that matter and seems to be the hot spot for the local crowd looking for a fun night out. Dj playing modern dance music, extensive cocktails menu, friendly staff and good ambiance overall! A bit cheesy for sure but once you let yourself be immersed into the mood it becomes a very pleasant experience. The good thing about it is once you are out of the club/bar, it is all quite again so we had a great night sleep. Breakfast is low point as pretty simple and dull but it did the job anyway. So don't expect class, luxury and fantastic food but for a stopover a fun night and a different kind of motel experience, definitely one to try! I will recommend itand would go back!
Poor breakfast, room smelled a bit stuffy but nothing that put us off

Location was convenient - on route 138
Room was very dark and unwelcoming. Large room - but not nicely decorated. It gave an overall dingey feel to the room. We were disappointed as we knew the hotel would be away from main facilities - so chose a hotel that advertised restaurant facilities - but there was no restaurant.

It was a very confortable bed and the room was very clean... And, the continental breakfast included is excellent and very various. We really liked everything.

Price. No bug issues.
The lighting was dark (or too "fluorescent"?), which made the facility look older / dirtier than it is. Breakfast was not good compared to other Quebec motels, some of which served hot, actually-cooked breakfast at no additional cost-- though the one here is still on par with the American counterparts.

The staff was very cool and great and always greeted us. We booked standard queen room for 1 night and had a such great stay. There were a microwave oven and fridges, appreciated it. The service was incredible, that made the hotel nice place.
